Warhammer 40,000 Tournament
-Join us for a 1850-point, classic bracket-style Warhammer 40,000 tournament this year! Compete to win fantastic prizes!This tournament will begin at 10am Saturday and run till 6:15pm. There is a $10 entry fee and the tournament will consist of 3 separate missions.All players should bring templates, dice, a tape measure, and 3 copies of their Army list, a main rule book and all FAQ’s that go to their armies.
Just for LoLs: League of Legends 1v1 Tournament
Come test your skills on Summoner’s Rift! This is a tournament featuring one on one competitive gameplay. First place prize includes $10 of Riot Points (1380RP) and the ability to gloat that you don’t need no stinkin’ team to carry a game. Not one for competing? Don’t worry, the game will be shoutcast by the lovely Christine Kim, aka summoner Kariyah. Come to the LAN/Console Room for more info and tourney details!
Robo Rally Tournament
-It’s the board game where you and your friends program your robots and pit them against each other in a frantic, destructive race across the factory floor. Be the first to touch the flags, in order, and you win it all: the honor, the glory, a T-shirt with your favorite robot on it and a $10 gift certificate to the vendor room. But first you have to get your robot past obstacles like gaping pits, industrial lasers, moving conveyor belts and, of course, the other robots! There is a $1 entry fee.
Starcraft II Tournament
Join Madicon’s LAN Guys in this single elimination, 8-16 slots tournament. The tournament will be 4 rounds at 1h 15minutes max each round. Strict overall 5 hour time limit. By’s will be passed out in order to make odd numbers of people work in order to keep it down to 4 rounds max. Finals will be “cast” live in the LAN/Console Room. Time limit will be enforced by the head judge by using his discretion or by randomly determining the winner. Draws will be resolved randomly. 1st place prize is as Dark Templar Figure, 2nd place prize is a mouse pad and mug, 3rd place prize is a mug. Battletech Pink Slip Tournament
Players, with a payment of $3, get to purchase a custom painted mech and then get all the other players’ mechs! Whatever battlemechs you kill, you keep.
Magic: The Gathering Dark Ascension Sealed Tournament
Join Comic Toast as they host a Magic tourney! For an entry fee of $20 you get 6 booster packs of the most recent block to build a deck and participate in Madicon 21’s Magic Tournament. First place receives box of Dark Ascension, and a $20 Comic Toast gift certificate. Second place receives a playmat, 2 intro packs, a set of sleeves, and a $15 gift certificate.
