Costume Contest
Saturday in the Main Ballroom, we’ll have a parade of the costumed congoers and with guest judges this should be fun to watch, or better yet, join in. If you’re in costume, you should be in the Costume Contest! Go down in convention history, or, at least get a good laugh or two…
RAVE!
This year join us in welcoming our returning musical guest, DJ Sasu, for our second (and hopefully not last) Madicon Rave. Come out and Dance (in Costume or Not…) — 9pm – Midnight — Bring your date from the Geek Auction. (PG-13 event please)
Open Mic/Geek Karaoke
Feel like singing? Well now’s your chance. A popular event last year, join Laura in the Con Suite Friday evening for singing, fun, and other wackiness.
Musical Performances by Jonah Knight, Inverse Phase, and GoH Rob Balder.
Geek Auction
Ever wanted your very own geek for a night? Come out and get one. On Saturday night, before the Rave, Madicon will be auctioning off Grade A Geeks as dates for the dance, or some other, PG-13 service, agreed upon fully by both involved parties.
It’s all in good fun, and for a good cause. Just like the charity auction, 100% of the proceeds of the Geek Auction go to the Wildlife Center.
