Let’s take a trip down memory lane (probably turned into memory hwy now) back to 2002. Now, I was only thirteen years old at the time, but our next guest attended Madicon as an alum of James Madison University.
Now graduated with a fulfilling career under his belt, Thomas Earl “Tee” Morris will step back onto the steps of Wilson Hall, then make his way to the Festival Conference Center, to attend Madicon 22 twelve years later.
Tee writes different works of Fantasy, Mystery, and Steampunk. One work in particular is The Case of the Singing Sword: A Billibub Baddings Mystery. This novel follows the tale of a dwarf pretty far from his world as he finds himself in 1920s Chicago. Mystery and fantasy is an interesting combination of genres and I suggest giving it a good read.
To bring double the greatness, Tee’s wife, Pip Ballantine, will also be joining us for Madicon 22.
This fantasy and and steampunk author has written the award-winninng Phoenix Rising and is currently working on the Books of the Order series. Geist and Spectyr are in stores now. Wrayth will be released sometime this year with Harbinger sometime next year.
I’m excited to see this duo for Madicon. I’ve got some reading to catch up on!
